Soak the sabudana for 2 to 3 hours
Boil and peel the potatoes
Mashed the boiled potatoes
Add soaked and squeezed sabudana
Add salt ,both types of pepper and cumin seeds
Mix well to make a dough
Now grease it by 1 teaspoon oil
Take a small portion to make a small ball of 1 inch radius
Now keep a polythene on smooth plateform
Grease it and keep the mixture ball on it
Cover with another polythene and spread by middle fingers to make like chapati (flattened bread)
Transfer ot on a big polythene surface
Keep for drying in strong sunlight for 3 days
Then remove from polythene and keep in an airtight box for even 2 years
Fry in hot oil whenever want to eat
