Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 2 kilograms Potatoes


  • 2 cups sabudana


  • 2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds


  • 1 teaspoon crushed peppercorns


  • 2 teaspoon oil


  • 1/2 litreOil for frying when want to eat

Directions

  • Soak the sabudana for 2 to 3 hours
  • Boil and peel the potatoes
  • Mashed the boiled potatoes
  • Add soaked and squeezed sabudana
  • Add salt ,both types of pepper and cumin seeds
  • Mix well to make a dough
  • Now grease it by 1 teaspoon oil
  • Take a small portion to make a small ball of 1 inch radius
  • Now keep a polythene on smooth plateform
  • Grease it and keep the mixture ball on it
  • Cover with another polythene and spread by middle fingers to make like chapati (flattened bread)
  • Transfer ot on a big polythene surface
  • Keep for drying in strong sunlight for 3 days
  • Then remove from polythene and keep in an airtight box for even 2 years
  • Fry in hot oil whenever want to eat
